Narc Full Size Video Arcade Game Machine - Not Working in Spring, Texas For Sale

I got this in an auction last week. Brought it back, plugged it in, and.....nothing. That is the extent of my diagnosis.
All of the parts are present, I just can't get it to turn on. I do not have any keys for it but I able to get the back panel off of it.
Everything in good condition. Black sticker pieces starting to peel off but the important graphics are still intact.
Selling it in its present condition.
